§ 53.063 ADDITIONAL TREATMENT CHARGES.
   No provision contained in this subchapter shall be construed to prevent or prohibit the city from charging a user with additional costs incurred in treating a substance not fully measured by the characteristics of biochemical oxygen demand or suspended solids. The amount of additional costs to be charged shall be determined by the city.
