§ 53.053 WASTEWATER USER FEE FUND.
   All revenue received from wastewater user fees specified in § 53.051 shall be deposited into the existing sanitation fund. Such revenues shall be allocated, dedicated and set aside to pay construction, operation, maintenance, debt service and establish reserves related to the city wastewater treatment system as determined by the City Council.
