§ 53.039 USE OF STANDARD METHODS.
   All measurements, tests, and analysis of the characteristics of water and wastes to which reference is made in this chapter shall be determined in accordance with the latest edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Sewage or a method approved by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
