§ 53.036 PRETREATMENT.
   Whenever industrial wastes from any property do not meet the requirements of this chapter, the owner shall provide at his or her expense any treatment as may be necessary to reduce the biochemical oxygen demand or to bring the wastes within the requirements of this chapter.
