(A) Any person or owner determined by the Superintendent of City Services, or by a court having jurisdiction, to be in violation of any of the provisions of these regulations shall be fined not less than $100 and not more than $500 for each violation. Each day the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
(B) The city reserves the right to seek any and all additional legal remedies allowed by the state statutes and other city codes against an owner deemed to be in violation of these regulations, including but not limited to personal judgment, and the recovery of all administrative costs incurred as part of the enforcement proceedings.
