(A) Any person wishing to appeal a determination made by the Administrator under the provisions of these regulations may do so to the Planning and Zoning Board by following the procedures set forth in Chapter 153, Zoning Regulations. Failure to file the appeal within the required time shall preclude further review.
(B) The appeal must state specifically:
(1) The determination made by the Administrator that is being appealed;
(2) The basis for the appeal;
(3) The position of the party appealing;
(4) Any supportive information for the position of the party appealing; and
(5) Any additional information as the party may wish to submit.
