§ 52.27 INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   Drawings. Record drawings shall be prepared and submitted by the developer’s registered professional engineer in accordance with the city subdivision regulations.
   (B)   Final inspection. Final inspection shall be in accordance with the city subdivision regulations.
   (C)   Routine inspections. All privately owned drainage systems may be inspected by representatives of the Superintendent of City Services at any reasonable time.
