§ 35.01 PURPOSE AND COMPOSITION.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Monticello ESDA to prevent, minimize, repair, and alleviate injury or damage resulting from disaster caused by enemy attack, sabotage, or other hostile action, or from natural or manmade disaster, in accordance with the Illinois Emergency Services and Disaster Act of 1975, ILCS Ch. 20, Act 3305.
        (B)   This ESDA shall consist of the Coordinator and any additional members as may be selected by the Coordinator.
