Sec. 59-H-6.6. Withdrawal of application.

The District Council may allow an applicant to withdraw an application for a local map amendment after  the notice of hearing is published, and may specify that the time limits under subsection 59-H-2.23 for a future application do not apply if a decision on the merits of the application was not made.
