Sec. 59-G-2.10. Boardinghouse.

A boarding house must conform to the following:

   (a)   It is owner-occupied;

   (b)   It is not located within 1,000 feet of another boardinghouse; and

   (c)   It provides one off-street parking space per tenant room in the one-family residential zones.
