Formerly, the division was derived from Ord. Nos. 9-22, § 1; 9-31, § 1; 9-41, § 1; 9-53, § 1; 9-74, § 1; 9-84, §§ 1, 2; 10-6, § 3; 10-13, § 9; 10-62, § 1; 10-64, § 1; and 10-66, § 2. Subsequently, § 2 of Ord. No. 11-71 added a new div. 59-C-10, §§ 59-C-10.1-59-C-10.3. |
