§ 110.12 SEIZURE OF GAMBLING DEVICES.
   If any pinball machine is used as a gambling device or is otherwise operated contrary to the provisions of the laws of the state, or of this chapter, the machine may, in the discretion of the City Manager, be seized and destroyed, as in the case of gaming devices.
