§ 110.01 PINBALL MACHINES; LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person, firm, or corporation shall engage in the business of selling, leasing, renting, operating, or exhibiting pinball machines without first obtaining a license to do so and conforming to the regulations provided for such business in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
