§ 100.09 REMOVAL OF STUMPS.

Any person who removes a public tree or street tree shall remove the remaining stump below the surface of the ground so that the top of the stump shall be a minimum of six inches below the surface of the ground. The hole shall be filled in and seeded within 24 hours of removing the stump.
