No person shall violate any provision of the Fire Prevention Code, as adopted and enacted into law by this chapter; nor shall any person fail to comply therewith; nor shall any person violate or fail to comply with any order made thereunder; nor shall any person build in violation of, or noncompliance with, any detailed statement of specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder, or any certificate or permit issued thereunder and from which no appeal has been taken; nor shall any person fail to comply with any such order, as extended by any such appeal taken within such time.
