For the purpose of this section
PROPERTY LINE
is defined as the line of demarcation where the right-of-way of a street abuts the property owner’s property line:
(A) In "E" retail district the maximum width of a driveway at the property line shall be 20 feet;
(B) In any residence zone the maximum width of a driveway at the property line shall be 20 feet;
(C) The maximum width of a driveway in an "E" retail district where said driveway joins the surface highway shall be 35 feet;
(D) The maximum width of any residence zone shall be 20 feet at the surface street line;
(E) No two driveways shall be constructed on the same parcel of real estate within 15 feet of each other.
