§ 77.02 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR PARADES.
   No person shall conduct or knowingly participate in any street assemblage, parade or procession, other than a funeral procession, upon any way unless a permit authorizing such parade has been issued by the Chief of Police and approved by the City Manager.
