§ 71.30 DISQUALIFICATION OF DRIVER OR PLACEMENT OUT OF SERVICE.
   (A)   Whoever violates R.C. § 4506.15(A) or a similar law of this jurisdiction or of another state or a foreign jurisdiction, immediately shall be placed out-of-service for 24 hours, in addition to any disqualification required by this section and any other penalty imposed by the Revised Code. (R.C. § 4501.16(A))
   (B)   Any further disqualification of a person operating a commercial vehicle shall be governed by the Ohio Revised Code.
