(A) All full-time municipal personnel shall be compensated with an annual longevity bonus computed upon the employee's tenure in the municipal service of Montgomery and payable at the close of the first full pay period following the employees anniversary of hire. The amount of the bonus shall correspond to the following schedule:

5 years | $350 |
6 years or more | $375 and an additional $25 per year of service |
(B) A municipal employee who is rated, graded or tested for qualification or for performance of the duties assigned to that employee shall not receive his or her longevity payment for any year in which the employee fails to secure a satisfactory performance review.
