3-8-2: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT:
Application for a building mover permit shall be made to the City Clerk upon forms provided by the Clerk which shall require a description of the structure to be moved and the route over which it will be moved; no permit shall be issued until the route has been approved by the City Engineer or the City Manager. (Ord. 548, 11-19-1979)
