The council may adopt policies recommended by the engineer for adjustment of the residential equivalent factor for lots based upon hydrologic data to be supplied by property owners, which data demonstrates a hydrologic response substantially different from the standards used by city to establish the residential equivalent factor. Adjustments to a residential equivalent factor shall not retroactively reduce storm water drainage charges. (Ord. 978, 4-3-2023)
