A. Single-Family Dwelling or Twin Home. The storm water drainage charges for Single-Family Dwellings or Twin Homes shall be set by Resolution of the City Council.
B. Storm water drainage charges for a lot, except those used for a single-family dwelling or twin home shall be determined by multiplying the residential equivalent factor for the lot, as set out in Paragraph C, by the lot’s area as measured in acres and then multiplying the resulting product by the residential equivalent factor rate established by Resolution of the City Council.
C. The Residential equivalent for each land use is as follows:
