8-7-3: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms are defined as follows:
 
RESIDENTIAL EQUIVALENT FACTOR (REF):
One REF is defined as the ratio of the average volume of runoff generated by a given land use to the average volume of runoff generated by a typical single-family residential land during a standard one-year rainfall event. (Ord. 978, 4-3-2023)
