A. Following the adoption of any Special Assessments for public improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 429.061, a property owner may pay all or any part of the Special Assessment, without interest, anytime within thirty (30) days following the date of the final assessment hearing.
B. After that thirty (30) day period and prior to the date such assessment must be certified to Chippewa County, a property owner may pay all or any part of the Special Assessment, with interest from the date of final assessment hearing to the date of payment, with interest at the rate set at the final assessment hearing.
