3-11-1: UNPAID OBLIGATIONS:

The City shall not issue any permit or license required by Title 3 of the Montevideo City Code to any applicant or for any premises which has delinquent real estate taxes, special assessments or other financial obligations to the City. (Ord. 957, 7-6-2020)
