2-6-1: REMOVAL OF MEMBER:
A Board or Commission Member of any City Board or Commission, appointed or approved by the City Council may be removed by vote of the City Council in the following circumstances:
   A.   Failure to meet or cease to meet any eligibility requirements of the Board or Commission.
   B.   Failure to attend three (3) regular board or commission meetings or failure to attend board or committee meetings for three (3) months, without excuse granted by the committee chair, or, in the case of the committee chair, by the City Manager, whichever occurs later. (Ord. 960, 11-16-2020)
