Section 11.01. Acquisition And Operation Of Utilities.
The city shall have the power to acquire public utilities as provided, when approved by the electorate, in the manner and by the majority required by the laws of the State of Minnesota. The operation of all public utilities owned by the city shall be under the supervision of the city manager.
