Section 6.06. Contracts; How Let 1

All contracts for the sale or purchase of supplies, materials, equipment, or the rental thereof, or the construction, alteration, repair or maintenance of real or personal property shall be let as provided in the Uniform Municipal Contracting Law, M.S.A. 471.345.
