3-3-3: PROVISIONS OF STATE LAW ADOPTED:

The provisions of Minnesota Statutes sections 349.11 through 349.22 are adopted and made a part of this Chapter as if set out in full. In addition, the regulations of this Chapter shall apply to the conduct of lawful gambling within the City. (1998 Code)
