12-1-5: APPROVALS NECESSARY FOR ACCEPTANCE OF PLATS:

Before any plat shall be recorded or be of any validity, it shall have been approved by the City Planning Commission and by the Council as having fulfilled the requirements of this Title. (Ord. 470, 2-18-1975)
