A. Height Regulations: The maximum height of any building shall be forty five feet (45').
B. Front Yard Regulations: There shall be a front yard setback having a depth of not less than ten feet (10').
C. Side Yard Regulations: There shall be no minimum side yard requirements except that no building shall be located within ten feet (10') of any lot line abutting a lot in any Residential District not buffered by a street or alleyway.
D. Rear Yard Regulations: There shall be no minimum rear yard requirements except that no building shall be located within ten feet (10') of any lot line abutting a lot in any Residential District not buffered by a street or alleyway.
E. Lot Area Restrictions: None.
F. Screening And Fencing: Screening or fencing must be considered during a site plan review and may be required on side and rear yards which face Residential Districts.
