A. Adopted By Reference: The Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings adopted by the International Conference of Building Officials, with amendments thereto, is hereby adopted and shall be in full force and effect in the City insofar as the same is applicable to buildings therein and is hereby made a part of this Chapter in its entirety and as fully as though the same were written herein.
B. Compliance: All buildings in the City shall be in accordance with the provisions of said Code.
C. Code Available To Public: Three (3) copies of this Chapter, including the Code as aforesaid, shall be filed by the City Clerk in the Clerk's office for inspection and use of the public and shall be marked with the words, "City of Montevideo - Official Copy". (Ord. 631, 7-15-1985; amd. 1998 Code)
