All construction will meet or exceed, for purposes of water quality and erosion control, the most current version of the "General Permit Authorization To Discharge Storm Water Association With Construction Activity Under The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)/State Disposal System (SDS) Permit Program" administered by the Minnesota pollution control agency, the state of Minnesota, and as amended from time to time and the requirements of title 8, chapter 6 of this code.
