9-1-14-1: FRANCHISE RENEWAL:
Any renewal of this franchise shall be performed in accordance with applicable laws. The term of any renewed franchise shall be limited to a period not to exceed fifteen (15) years. (Ord. 827, 8-5-2002, eff. 8-26-2002)
