9-1-9-8: FRANCHISE MODIFICATIONS:

As a result of a periodic review or evaluation session, upon notification from city, grantee shall meet with city and undertake good faith efforts to reach agreement on changes and modifications to the terms and conditions of the franchise which are both economically and technically feasible as measured over the remaining life of the franchise. (Ord. 827, 8-5-2002, eff. 8-26-2002)
