A. Any person subject to an industrial or construction activity NPDES stormwater discharge permit shall comply with all provisions of such permit. Proof of compliance with said permit may be required in a form acceptable to the city of Montevideo prior to the allowing of discharges to the MS4.
B. The operator of a facility, including construction sites, required to have an NPDES permit to discharge stormwater associated with industrial activity shall submit a copy of the notice of intent (NOI) to the city of Montevideo at the same time the operator submits the original notice of intent to the EPA as applicable.
C. The copy of the notice of intent may be delivered to the city of Montevideo either in person or by mailing it to:

D. A person violates this chapter if the person operates a facility that is discharging stormwater associated with industrial activity without having submitted a copy of the notice of intent to do so to the city of Montevideo. (Ord. 916, 3-19-2012)
