8-5-1: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this chapter the following terms are defined as follows:
DOMESTIC WASTE: The waste from the water closets, lavatories, sinks, bathtubs, showers, household laundries, cellar floor drains, bars, soda fountains, cuspidors, refrigerator drips and drinking fountains.
INDUSTRIAL WASTES: The liquid waste resulting from any commercial, manufacturing or industrial operations or processes. (Ch. 123, 8-22-1935; amd. 1998 Code)
