8-4-37: WATER COOLED COMPRESSORS:
No water cooled compressor, other than a recirculating type which provides for the cooling and reusing of water, shall be connected to any water main or water line of the city or in any manner whatsoever be permitted to use water supplied by the city for purposes of cooling any such compressor. (Ord. 401, 8-17-1970)
