8-4-29: TAKING WATER FROM ANOTHER:
In case, for any reason, water shall fail to flow to any consumer thereof under this Chapter, such consumer may, on application to the Superintendent, receive permission to take water from any place where the same be furnished with the consent of the parties controlling the same. (Ch. 79, 1-1-1922)
