8-4-25: FIRES; WATER MAY BE SHUT OFF:
In case of fire or alarm of fire, or in making repairs or construction of new works, the Superintendent may shut off the water at any time and keep it shut off as long as the Superintendent shall deem necessary. (Ch. 79, 1-1-1922)
