Forty eight (48) hours' notice must be given at the office of the City Clerk by the person who is to make the connection with any sewer or drain when such work will be ready for inspection, previous to making said connection. This notice must be in writing and so left during normal office hours. In case of an emergency the notice shall be three (3) hours. (Ord. 425, 7-24-1972; amd. 1998 Code)
