A. Costs Identified: Whenever an opening is made in any street, avenue, alley or public ground within the City for the purpose of installing or making repairs of a water line or sewer line for the benefit of any land, the owner thereof shall pay the following costs:
1. The cost of making out the permit and for making the inspection.
2. The cost of making the repairs to roadways and sidewalks, made necessary by the work done and which were not repaired satisfactorily to the City.
B. Collected As Utility Bill: Such charges shall be utility charges and shall be billed and collected in the same manner as other utility charges. (Ord. 425, 7-24-1972)
