8-3-4: PENALTIES:

Any person violating any provision of this Chapter or any official action taken under the authority of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 562, 11-21-1980; amd. 1998 Code)
