A. The following conduct is prohibited in the cemetery:
1. Shooting of firearms, except in the nature of a military salute.
2. Driving more than ten (10) miles per hour.
3. Any noisy or boisterous conduct that can be heard or seen from a distance of fifty feet (50'), except as part of an interment.
4. All dogs, cats, or other household pets not kept on a leash secured by a person of suitable age.
5. Failure of a person in control of a dog, cat or other household pet to immediately pick up all pet droppings and remove them from the cemetery. (Ord. 946, 3-5-2018)
