It shall be unlawful for any person to install a permanent sprinkler system in City boulevards unless such person meets the following conditions:
A. Hold City Harmless Agreement: Any person with an interest in property which abuts the boulevard in which a sprinkler system is to be installed must sign an agreement with the City, on a form provided by the City, agreeing to hold the City harmless from any liability on account of such sprinkler system, abide by any water conservation plan the City might adopt and abide by such other rules and regulations as the City might, from time to time, adopt.
B. System Must Be Mapped: Any person installing such a sprinkler system must provide the City with a map showing the location of the sprinkler system with relation to all other utilities in the boulevard. (Ord. 671, 7-2-1990, eff. 8-1-1990)
