7-1-2: CONSTRUCTION PERMIT REQUIRED:
No sidewalk shall be constructed on any public property including street right of way, except by a contractor who has obtained a permit from the city clerk as required by title 3, chapter 7 of this code. (Ord. 870, 4-2-2007)
