2-5-2: TERMS OF OFFICE:
Unless otherwise provided by State law, the Council shall appoint Commission members in December of each year. Terms for the Commission shall begin January 1 and end December 31, or when a successor has been appointed and sworn in, in the applicable year. (1998 Code)
