6-8-4: ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:
Except as otherwise permitted by ordinance, no alcoholic beverages and no 3.2 percent malt beverages shall be consumed on any municipal parking lot or kept in any motor vehicle parked on any municipal parking lot in such a way as to constitute an open bottle violation under Minnesota statutes.
