There is hereby created and established a Police Civil Service Commission for the City pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 419.01 and acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, which provisions are hereby expressly accepted and hereby made a part of the same as though herein set forth at length and in full detail.
