Every person who operates a motorized golf cart on city streets shall first obtain a permit from the city clerk. Each application for a permit shall give the name and address of the applicant, evidence of insurance which meets the requirements of Minnesota statutes section 65B.48, subdivision 5, and such other information as the city may require. All permits expire December 31 of the year in which the permit was issued. The city council shall set the fees for such permits by resolution. (Ord. 816, 8-6-2001)
